    Love greens on you!

My favorite look this week was a smokey midnight blue eye with a touch of gold at the inner corner.

@corallista  Oooo, I *love* that purply blue!! What a lovely colour and it looks great on you. Hmm, must check that out. And, good heavens, you have the longest eyelashes! :D

An extremely simple look with NARS Edie on the lids, Bobbi Brown Woodrose in the crease, NARS Abyssinia as a highlight, MAC Embark along the lower lashline and black eyeliner. Tarte Tipsy blush with a bit of MAC Style on top for some nice glow. Cle de Peau Extra Silky Lipstick #124 on lips.

I’ve been trying to use some “ignored” products and this week, I’ve really liked a simple look I did with the Too Faced Natural Eye palette – Honey Pot on the lid and Cocoa Puff on the outer lid and in the crease (just the way the shadows are set up and probably how the cards tell you to use it) with Heaven on my browbone.  Dark brown liner (Gosh Metallic Brass); TheBalm’s Hot Mama blush and Revlon Berrie Smooth Lip Butter. I wore this shadow combo 3 or 4 days last week – that’s how much I liked the eye look. The other day, it was Mac’s Night Manoevres (LE) in the crease with Stila Starlight on the lid – also a nice look.

Today, Frankly Scarlet on my cheeks (just a touch of ) and Jardins de Bagatelle ( Rouge Automatique Shine from Guerlain ) on the lips, otherwise yesterday Cap Ferrat from Nars along with Bad Gal blue, last week Marie-Galante several times and Eclosion from Chanel, I often wear eyeshadows alone.

  5. I love your look! And I’ve also been wearing Hourglass Film Noir mascara lately – it’s the first high end mascara that I’ve tried that I’ve liked as much as my drugstore mascaras. I’m using a mini, but when it runs out I might even buy the full size.

It was all about the blush for me. NARS Torrid with Orgasm Illuminator as highlighter & some contouring from Laguna.  Really simple eye look: a slightly shimmering, sheerish mink brown from YSL Duo #89 all over, with the eggshell cream colour above the crease, a very dark brown matte from a Chanel quad in the crease and as eyeliner, and a faint dab of a matte Shu Uemura caramel in the inner sweep of the eyelid. Orgasm on brow bone. Lipstick was a matte from Poppy King/Lipstick Queen in a browny-rust but really blotted out so it was just a faint trace.

Mac sex-appeal on my lids trax on my crease with haux, showstopper on my outter V, sephora crayon jumbo burgungy on my lower lash with star violet in top to blend it out, ud perversion on my waterline.
    Nars cactus flower blush.
Mac hot ‘n’ saucy tendertone on my lips.

  8. This looks fantastic on you!

My favorite this week (actually it has been my favorite for a couple of weeks now) is Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill Intense Eyeshadow #14 all over my lids, Urban Decay Busted in the outer corners, and a bit of Blackout in my outer v. I’m seriously thinking about wearing this combination to a wedding, though I know people say it’s safer to stick to matte.

@Mostly Sunny  I love the #14 look on you!! Lovely, especially with the Urban Decay Zero on the lower lash. Odd how the purply Armani #3 looks different from afar than closeup. To me, it looks more grey purple close up. I think I prefer the #14 look but you’re so drop dead gorgeous, everything would look good on you.

      •  @Kafka Awww thank you sooo much Kafka. You’re too kind! #3 is a really complex color. I know that if you use it wet it looks completely different again!
