  1. I really love the blue and teal on you, Christine! Super bright and pretty!

This week I did one pretty laid-back everyday look that I like!

I used the left column of Wet n’ Wild Comfort Zone for my eyes, MAC Sunday Afternoon for my cheeks (the matte part for blush, and shimmery strip for highlighting), Dior Addict Extreme Plaza on my lips, and a bit of Bobbi Brown Bali Brown for a slightly healthier-looking skin tone.
If anyone wants to see some pictures, they’re here:

  2. Up the amp & st. Germain lipstick from MAC
Boot black liquid liner on top and bottom lash line

    Last night i wore…

Mac Lets Skate! Paint pot all over the eye (lid, crease, brow bone, everything)
Makeup Forever Aqua Cream #20 (dark blue) as a winged eyeliner (top lid)
Maybelline Eye Studio gel eyeliner in Blackest Black on lower lash line

Lips: Blue lipsick!!! in Ka’oir Doll by Ka’oir Cosmetics. This cosmetic company is made by Keisha Dior who is a music video girl, known for wearing odd color lipsticks in her music videos (blue, yellow, hot pink, white, green, purple) and then came up with her own cosmetics line. You should check it out…. and maybe add a section on your blog

Foundation: MAC studio fix fluid in NC50

Nails: Phoebe by Zoya to match the lips (royal blue color)

  5. Eyes: NYX Cork (lid), MAC Naked pigment (lid), MAC Cocomotion pigment(above crease), Milani Rich Chocolate (crease and outer v), MAC Feline liner (upper & lower lashline). Lips: MAC Spice It Up!

Oooo, is that the new Guerlain Noir G mascara? Review perhaps? (pretty please!)

    • Stephanie t-p

I want her to do a review too ! Just to see what she thinks! I personally love it! It smells like orchids, separates and volumizes my lashes, and it conditions them. If you have straighter lashes I would suggest curling them after (although you’re not supposed to. Just let tr lashes dry first)

  8. Nice look Christine!

This week I wore a pastel make-up look with my favorite Dr.Hauschka products.

  9. Dominique

Today ? It was Pink Explosion from Chanel, Naked Eye from Two Faced, Bad Gal mascara and Dermophil Indien pastel, kind of purple colour ( simple lipbalm in fact ).

  10. Hannah

I was kinda inspired by Cinna from The Hunger Games and his gold eyeliner. I used Shiro Cosmetics perfect world wet as liner pretty thickly and slightly faded up onto the lid. I used my face powder on my lid and did a soft brown cut crease with UD secret service and on the lower lashline. I then did thin arabic liner and black on the waterline/tightline for more definition.

For this look I wanted everything to look really natural and then have super scene-stealing eye makeup.

Face: Bare Minerals Prime Time, Bare Minerals Original Foundation

Cheek: Prescriptives Blush (I’m not sure the color, but it’s like a matte peach that looks really natural on me)

Eyes: Maybelline 24 Hr Tattoo Eyeshadow in Too Cool and Audacious Asphalt, with Mac’s Carbon in the crease for a whole smokey eye look. Then I put this fine whitish shimmer I got at Claire’s ages ago over all of it! Maybelline Great Lash as mascara.

    On Lips: Chapstick.

  12. Carla Souza

    This looks so cool Chris!
Can I ask you a tutorial for the look you did for the In extra dimmension E/S post?

    Anyways, Im wearing:

    Lips: Mac force of love

Eyes: Too faced primer, UD foxy and bottycall (lid), chanel ebouli (crease) UD buck to blend out. Loreal telecopic and Mac Smolder.

  13. I’ve been admiring that beautiful look pictured above through all your swatch photos (well, the ones where you were wearing it). Those colours suit you so well.

The look I liked best this week was actually a smoky green eye I did yesterday. It wasn’t terribly complex or anything, but I felt that the shades blended really well. Starting at the lash line and moving out, I used Nars Night Porter, Nars Blade Runner (the green side, obviously), Mac Lucky Green and Mac Creamy Bisque to highlight. (It may seem ridiculous to get hung up on a highlighting shade, since there are so many, but that one is so beautiful!) I combined it with Mac Dainty mineralize blush and Nars Pago Pago on the lips.

There are a few pics here:

  14. Oh my goodness, that is absolutely GORGEOUS! Love it.

  15. Cayleigh

    I wore this yesterday.

UD Buck in crease up to foxy for highlight
Maybelline Pomegrante Punk on lid covered by L’Oreal Sculpted (Pink left side) on top, and smog in the crease.

Too Faced Beauty Balm on face and some sheer glittery victoria secret on lips.

  16. Lyss

    Those colours are gorgeous!

I had a semi-formal dinner and wore a sorta smokey purple eye. I used (all from Urban Decay) Asphyxia on the inner lid, Half Truth on the outer lid and crease, Omen to blend the two a bit on the middle lid and add some shimmer and Vanilla on the brow bone. Lined my waterline and upper lash line with 24/7 eyeliner in Zero and finished with Benefit’s Bad Gal mascara.

I used Bite Beauty lipstick in Shiraz (it’s pretty much my lips but better) and MAC foundation and concealer with MUFE’s finishing powder.

  17. Amanda Dubs

I got thebalm nude rude palette and I absolutely love it, all my favorite looks this week are from them

  21. Miss J

I did a simple look using the original UD Naked Palette. I used Buck in the crease with Naked to blend that out then just a bit of Virgin to highlight right under the brow arch with Smog all over the lid then Darkhorse smudged into the lashlines. Used L’Oreal TCB Mascara and then lined the lower waterline with NARS Rue Bonaparte. Used Madly on the cheeks and can’t remember what the lips were exactly, but it was essentially a darker version of my lip color.

  22. barbara

i did one of your old tutorial your birthday cake one

  23. Yesterday I decided to duplicate a look I saw on a YouTube tutorial. It was something different from what I usually do, and I fell in love with it! I used a medium brown matte brown in my crease, a shimmery gold in the middle of my lid, dark matte brown in the outer v and crease and outer lower lash line, and a shimmery mint green on the inner corner and inner lower lash line. I did a winged black liquid liner on top, smudged black kohl on my lower waterline, and lots of black mascara. It turned out so beautifully I was actually sad to wash it off at the end of the day!

  24. army wife in alaska

I wore this yesterday and I finally decided this was the look I will use for the army ball next month: MAC Patina all over the lid, MAC Wedge in the crease, MAC Shroom in the brow bone and MAC Ricepaper in the corners of the eye and highest arch of the brow bone. Sephora Sparkling coral lipgloss on the lips and some illuminating blush.
