Gotta be the red devil look I did for Halloween. Cos that was the only day this week that I put on makeup. Been busy and a but under the weather too.
Mm excellent choice! I love this look.
How bad is it that as a makeup addict, I can’t even remember the last time I wore makeup??!
Clinique shadows in Lucky Penny, Rum Spice and Chocolate Chip, with Stila Smudge Stick in Stingray, and Estee Lauder Double Wear mascara.
I didn’t take a picture of my whole face for this look, but I did one based on my eye color. I really like the way it turned out. Green and gold look amazing together! I used the gold from MAC’s Surf the Ocean crush pigments and 2 elf loose pigments. It amuses me to use expensive products with cheap ones!

Nars Mandchourie: the duo just called to me, that grey and blue is just so reminiscent of denim! The grey all over the lid and the mat blue swirled at the edge of the eyelids, in the crease, and under the lower lashline. Burberry Trench as a highlighter, and a black pencil on the upper lashline and inside the waterline, both smudged/set with the blue from Mandchourie. A good coat of mascara, and that’s it!
On my cheeks, MAC Stunner and on my lips, Chanel’s 707 liquid lipstick OMG IT IS AMAZING. I’m thinking of shelling out another £25.00 and buying a back-up.
I Love love love this look!!! its beautiful!
Today I wore a soft, somewhat smokey look using Claire’s Romantics palette. A little bit of violet on the lid, some mauve in the crease, purple eyeliner on the lower lash line. I finished it off with carmel colored lips.

My favorite look last week was very simple, because I travelled a lot. MUFE HD Foundation, Chanel Bronze Universal, MAC Slate Kajal, MAC Studio Fix Boldblack Lash and MAC Creme Cup lipstick.
Shiro Still Alive, Because We Can, Bulbasaur & Gyarados shadows, Too Faced Bouquet Toss shadow, Wet n Wild black cream liner & Chanel Inimitable mascara. I was inspired by the Britney Spears Fantasy perfume box. And yeah, I just admitted that to the world. Cool.
Lips are Revlon Passion lip stain with MAC Pink Poodle gloss on top. Cheeks are Clinique Cherub with a bit of Lightscapade on top to highlight.
Mine was probably the classic pin-up look I did to go out last night. I used a light shadow (Vanilla or Brûlée or something) all over, UD Naked in the crease and under the lower lashes, a touch of MAC Handwritten in the outer v, Lightscapade MSF on the brow bone, Blacktrack fluidline winged out, black mascara, Mighty Aphrodite on cheeks, Snowglobe Beauty Powder to highlight, then Redd lipliner, Russian Red lipstick and Russian Red lipglass. Very simple but glam
I did a look with MAC Fairylite pigment on my lid, Illamasqua Intense in the crease and MAC Vanilla to highlight. I shaped the crease into a cat eye and it looked really neat.
eyes:
GUERLAIN LES NOIR white pink all over from lash line up to eye brow.
mix Guerlain LES NOIR black and dark grey shimmery colours for inner 1/3 + outer 1/3
shimmery Lilac from NARS nouveau monde on middle part of eye lid.
blend it out nicely to avoid the big contrast.
YSL waterproof eye pencil in black for inside outsde lash line + water line
cheeks:
NARS Sin
GUERLAIN LES NOIR white pink as highlighter
lips:
Tom Ford NUDE BLUSH
Don’t really have a fave look, but damn Christine! That look makes me wanna go out and get that pigment set.
Halloween was pretty fun. I wore cat ears, and I did one eyelid in a matte white from a Wet n Wild palette, topped it with some pearly glitter, and the other eye I used the black from the Lorac 3D palette, topped with some extra black glitter, and UD Bobby Dazzle 24/7 liquid liner. I used a lip liner to make my lips closer to nude, and topped it with UD lipstick in Midnight Cowboy.
I’ve really been loving MAC’s Illusionary/Burning Ambition mineralized eyeshadow duo. UD Sin primer potion on my lids and then the white-gold side of the duo patted all over my lid and the darker side on the outer half of my lids and into the crease but only about 2/3 of the way in. The same 2 colours under my lower lashes, Gosh Metallic Brass liner, MAC Desert Rose blush and Plumful or New York Apple on my lips. Perfect autumn look for work or going out.
All week Nars California with last years Mac Holiday Neutrals Palletes, Six Dashing Lassies. Metallics aren’t true neutrals but work with a fat line of Blacktrack, False Lashes Mascara, Favorite non blush Her Own Devices, and drumroll……. Russian Red Lips! with fluorescent orange pigment the day I cut through a MAC counter and got jumped by a Fashion Queen. It looked awesome!!! I hear it’s A Thing, bright orange lips. The next progression from corals.
One day I did Ruby Woo, so pretty! But the air is chilly and so dry it was a Russian Red week. Need the creamy stuff.
I’m in one Alpha Female headspace wearing those reds. Or watching too many old movies. Rosalind Russell in Auntie Mame has completely current make up and clothes, it’s on Netflix. Amazing! Maybe mid Fifties? A lesson in eyeliner worn right!
My fave look this week included: flawless foundation, bright under eyes, thick lashes, super winged out black gel liner, contoured temples and cheeks with bronzer, slight wash of the same bronzer in the crease, and a dark, vampy lip with MAC Cyber
.
I’ve been playing around with Chanel’s new Rouge Allure Velvets and my favourite look this week was actually a pretty straightforward one I did using one of those. Bold lips are my true makeup love.
Eyes- Mac Creamy Bisque, Prance, Benefit Skinny Jeans
Cheeks- Mac Salsarose (love this as a vibrant blush!!!)
Lips- Chanel Rouge Allure Velvet La Fascinante

I just noticed how your eyes look a lot like Megan Fox’s.
The only look I did this week was for the big LSU/Bama game.
Eyes: TFSI, UD Rockstar in the outer v and the crease and blended all over the lid, UD Psychedelic Sister outlining Rockstar and blended to soften the edges. Fyrinnae Book of the Dead(most beautiful gold ever:) patted on the lid on top of Pixie Epoxy creating a soft cut crease look. Topped off with Lancome Hypnose Drama mascara.
Face: MAC MSF Sunpower
Lips: Murad Lip Protector
Geaux Tigers!
This has been a long week of neutrals.
Eyes: Urban Decay Half-Baked on lid, Hustle in crease, Smog in the outer corner, Naked on the brow. Maybelline Stiletto on lashes.
Lips: Lipsmackers in Watermelon (it’s already chapstick weather here in Pittsburgh!)
Face: Maybelline Dream Mousse blush in Soft Plum on cheeks.
Your post on cream vs powder blushes made me curious to try a cream. The application technique takes some getting used to, but I really like how well it stayed on without foundation. Definitely an option to explore more!
Love that crease color
Yellow gold eyeshadow (unnamed brand) with cat-eye liner (Anabelle liquid overlay L’oreal Infallible pencil. Nude lips with Clinique in bamboo pink and Kiehl’s gloss in New York nude. Bronze with Lancaster pressed powder and light pink blush from Etude House.
My favourite look this week has to be groomed brows, lined waterline with kajal, maxfactor lash extension mascara, mac format blush, bloom’s mineral plus lipstick in ragtime (my best lipstick ever) and sleek superior cover powder. very glam look
My favorite look that I wore this week was on Saturday, Chanel had an makeup event going on for this year’s holiday collection so I made an appointment.
The Lovely MUA used the Lumiere Sculptee on my cheek bones and brow bone. Eyeshadows in Demure, beige lane, blazing gold, the noir lame eyeliner and the inimitable mascara. On my cheeks she applied the tweed brun rose then contoured with Soldeil tan and for my lips she used Empire.
My usual Sephora liquid eyeliner in black and Maybelline One by One mascara along with Benefit’s Creaseless Cream eyeshadow in Get Figgy all over my lid and on my lower lash line. Stila Convertible Color in Petunia as blush and Korres Wild Rose tinted lip balm.
