My favorite make up look this week is actually what I just put on!

and then.. I was a little skeptical but it ended up looking super pretty..
I foiled Pink Bronze pigment by MAC onto the inner third-half of my lid! it’s pretty gorgeous.
finished with maybelline falsies mascara and clinique’s bottom lash mascara.
Eyes: Neutral shades from the Wet n Wild Comfort Zone palette, Laura Mercier Extreme Black pencil (upper lashline), Lakme Kajal pencil (lower lashline). Cheeks: Revlon Mineral Blush in Honey. Lips: NYX Syclia mixed with Revlon Spicy Cinnamon.
NARS Galapagos on the lid, NARS Thunderbolt on the crease, Urban Decay Naked to highlight. Stila Grapefruit on the lips.
We were away for 5 days last week and I did an “experiment” – wanted to see if I could manage with just TheBalm’s Balmbini palette and a brown shadow (Mac’s Mulch) and liner, of course, and even a mascara. That powerhouse palette had everything I needed (except foundation and a pencil liner and a brown shadow) for all 5 days. I probably could have managed for 10 days with what I had and it made for quick and easy packing. Next time, I might toss in Too Faced’s Natural eye kit just to have a nice selection of browns and a matte beigey/white shadow as well.
For the eyes I have made a plummy smokey eye with Creme de Violet on the lid, a combo of soft brown and fig 1 in the crease, add a bit of depth with my dark magic in the outer corner, then shroom as a highlight. Line the lids with purple dash and top it off with opulash mascara. For the cheeks I used the Magically cool liquid powder in truth and light, then dusted Benefit’s coralista on top. For lips I just used lollypop loving then topped it all off with flurry of fun lipglass.

This week i finally tried MAC pigments. AND to make it worse they are the pigment set from the A Tartan tale lol.
FACE: Maybelline FIT ME liquid and powder in 110, MUFE HD concealer
CHEEKS: Benefit coralista
LIPS: NYX jumbo pencil in honey
EYES: UDPP, MAC pigment in gift o’ glamour all over the entire lid, most darling on the outer lid, bottle green in the crease (BTW i used the mac 226 brush i just bought and i LOVE it!) and brule as a highlight. UD mildew on upper lash line only and Maybelline turbo volume mascara in black
I decided to do a Fall foliage-inspired look and used:
Mac Sun Blonde over the inner 2/3 of the lid
Mac Paparazz-she on the outer 1/3 of the lid and blended into the crease
Mac Smoked Ruby in the outer V
Mac Nanogold along the brow
Plus I used On the Hunt liquid liner and mascara. Combined it with Stereo Rose on the cheeks and Bobbi Brown’s “Black Maple” lipstick.
Those shadows are a dream to work with. They blend so smoothly and seamlessly!

the look that I’m wearing today:
revlon illumanence quad in va va va bloom the gold colour on my lid, the plum in my crease and outer half of my lid, then from my tarte trueblood palette, I mixed dawn and bayou and put it over the gold cream, then I took glamour me and put it in my crease. as my highlight I used the light. then I took the stila liquid liner and lined my upper lash line and did my bottom lash line with urban decay’s Flash. mascara and that’s it for eyes
blush: warmth of coral by MAC
lips: just lip balm. I was going to use syrup by MAC but decided to skip this step
