Video Review: MAC Metal-x Cream Eyeshadows

Above is a video of swatches and first impressions of the MAC Metal-x Cream Eyeshadows! Below is a follow-up video reviewing them along with the photographic evidence of why they just didn’t pan out in my experience. Would love it if you’d subscribe to our channel, too! :)

“they just didn’t pan out in my experience” Pun intended? :) I suppose no one will hit pan on these if they don’t perform.

I bought Venetian Tarnish last week, as a complete impulse buy. I just fell for the colour and finish when it was swatched. My creasing didn’t seem to be as bad as you experienced, but I did notice the fading more than crease. I basically had 1 greyish crease line on the main bit of lid, and obvious fading after 6 hours, applied over a Mac PP. I’ve only worn it twice but I do agree for that price a longer wearing/non fading product is expected. And the SA told me they were long lasting so I was a bit misled there. But it does have a lovely colour, and the creasing isn’t too obvious, at least not on my lid so I don’t regret my purchase completely, but it’s definitely not worth the money! I do think if your review was up before I bought it, I wouldn’t have bothered. But hey! Great review though, and hopefully others won’t waste their money!x
