MAC @ Preen

“The colours of the collection inspired the face — natural tones, with mauve, pinks, and lavender for a pretty, romantic yet futuristic look.” — James Kaliardos

Makeup How-to

  • Eyes: Pink Freeze Eyeshadow brushed along the lower lash line. Quite Spoiled (Fall 2010) Eyeshadow softly applied to the crease of the eyelid. Beautiful Iris and Quite Spoiled layered and winged out horizontally from the outer corner of the eye.
  • Face: Studio Moisturecover Concealer applied to the nose, eyelids, and under the eyes, for a satin finish. Blot Powder dabbed into the shine areas. Mineralize Skinfinish Natural brushed along the cheekbones and temples to contour the face.
  • Lips: MAC Pink Cream Colour Base dabbed onto the center of the lip.

  1. I love makeup as much as the next girl, but pleeease, enough with the overly nude face already? I’m more of a red lippie girl than a nude lippie girl myself, and I’m just dying for a little more colour than having a totally nude face!

That’s not dabbed in the center of the lips !!! But I have to say, I love the eyes and the cheeks :)

  3. This is actually very pretty. Love the icy pink hues all over. <:

I wouldn’t wear it, but I kind of like it. I think it works for a fashion show.
On second thought, I actually might wear it, but I’d pass on the lavender blush.

Christine, is there a way to buy from MAC Pro without being a ‘professional’? correct me if im wrong, but the website for pro requires additional information before shopping? i want the MAC Pink Cream Colour Base.

I like the eyes but I’m not feeling the whole sloppy highlighter on the entire side of the face look. The last model looks like she just rose from the dead.

    not my fave theme :X

I’m not liking it either. I think that if one of us wore this around on a regular day, we would be thinking girl you need some eyeliner or mascara or something! I think that just because it is on a model in a fashion show, this sort of makeup is considered okay because it’s artistic. But seriously, I don’t think most girls would wear a look like this.

  10. like this look, but could never pull it off
