I would go with a bright red lip color and pale face, maybe a hint of mauvish blush.

I'm curious about this! Don't know how to pair mid-toned blues and turquoises without looking like a clown.brght. I always thought blues looked better on blondes, but maybe it's because I don't know how to choose right color for my medium-light olive with golden undertoned skins.
