If i have Creme de Violet eyeshadow do i need Very Violet? and if have Fushcia pigment do i really need Lala? I mean i love purples and stuff, but i don’t know if i should just get Rosy Outlook and Perky instead are those even worth it? Sorry so many questions because the Spring Collection is frikin gigantic!
I think you do, but I think they’re different – Very Violet is more violet and also a bit darker. Fuchsia pigment is a so-so replacement for it, but it’s closer to Lala than Creme de Violet is to Very Violet. I didn’t really love either of those pink shadows – they’re just okay!
I’d pair it with Sweet Lust, a coral like Perky, or maybe Sushi flower, and a softer pink like the crushed metal pigment, Da Bling.
Or I might just use it with purples like Urban Decays Mayhem, and Ecstasy.
I picked up Lala shadow and i am thinking of working it with kinghts divine, scene and a grey brown i have called mineral, for the crease, along with another, more neutral brown. i think pink and grey look good together.
sorry, i missed the part about using the look book items.
I would put lala on the lid and smoke it up with maybe silver ring eyeshadow and a little gesso as a highlight. Then I would put well dressed on the cheeks and metal maven on the lips. (=
I’d pair it w/ Da bling, Sushi flower, and Carbon.
that is SO pretty!!!!!
mac charred on the lid
mac sketch on the crease
mac la la to blend it all
mac shroom on the browbone
joie de vivre cremeblend
chatter box l/s
I’d say on inner third of lid with motif in the middle and sketch or star violet in the outer v and crease with petalescent as highlighter on browbone
azalea blossom blush ombré
lavender wind lipglass
I would pair put MAC Sweet Lust on the lid, Lala in the crease, Very Violet in the Outer V and a little Beauty Mark to darken. I would use MAC Pink Swoon blush and MAC Hue lipstick with NARS Turkish Delight!
I’d put la la on the lid, grape pigment on the crease, electric coral pigment over the crease. Clinique blush in Iced lotus and a fuchsia lipstick like Girl about town or my Cutifem black lipstick (it’s not black, indeed… it turns fuchsia when put on my lips! ^_^)
This is my FOTD for the past three days. LALA in the crease, very violet inner crease, shadowy lady to darken. Stacked 1 the second pink, then the light purple in the tear ducts. roasy outlook highlight and then I swept the pink for stacked 1 on the brow bone. used the same pink from the stacked and put it under my eyes to give some sparkle. That is it.
My new favorite look, all MAC of course:
