Since it is a nudey pink I’d probably go dramatic with the eyeshadows. I wore it yesterday with a mix of purples from my coastal scents 88 palette and stila’s cherry stain on my cheeks. I paired it with victoria secret’s beauty rush lip gloss in a tan color. I think it might have been sold out as I can’t find it on the site, it smells like coffee.

I would make the look quite natural – tinted moisturiser, soft peachy colour blush on cheeks, and grey or brown smokey eye look, that does not really stand out, just make the eyes look brighter

this lippie looks craptastic on me without gloss. I love using Melt In Your Mouth cremesheen. It also looks awesome with Gold Rebel or Pink Grapefruit lipglass. Anything to tone it more pink or more peach…. anything to get me away from the mud brown that it is on me alone lol

I have been wearing Brave New Bronze quite a bit, these days! I’ve worn it with neutrals, peaches and orangey/gold sunset eyes. I have also paired it with Bare Necessity Dazzleglass, Gold Rebel Lipglass, and Love Nectar Lustreglass.
I wear it a lot, too, Mara!

i am wearing it today with a tiny little bit of lancome juicy tubes in lumious in lace overtop.

Pretty but it doesn’t work for me, my lips are naturally too dark and a shade like this will make me look washed out.
I have the same problem! But I love it too much to return it. Does anyone have suggestions on how to make it work on more pigmented lips???
You could always layer it with a different gloss or use it to tone down a gloss/lipstick that’s too WHOA for you.
You could prepare your lips using some lighter concealer first.
I’m surprised it wouldn’t just tone down your natural color a bit rather than wash you out!
I did a look on saturday using Bran New Bronze l/s.
I did brown smokey eyes. With Satin Taupe, Time and Space and UD Sellout e/s.
I think anything smokey will look good with this lipstick.

Yes, soeaking of smokey eyes, I remember a Kiera Knightley look – bronze smokey eyes, bronzed skin and a nude shade very similar to this. So utterly smexy.
I would also use this lipstick to create a very summery look with apricot and turquoise on eyes.

ive paired it with gold rebel, goldy rocks and also girl’s delight. As for eye combinations with anything since it pretty much a neutral color.

I know this sounds weird but I layer some pink fish TLC and then I but BNB on top. It gives it a little more pink tint to it and it also helps with the dryness of the satin finish. It makes this lippie seem more like a cremesheen finish when I do this. This the perfect way to wear it for me.

It’d be really pretty with gold/bronze eyes! Lets see.. Indianwood paint pot all over lid, Nylon on inner lid, Goldmine on middle lid, Sable on outer lid and crease, Graphblack technakohl on upper lashline smudged, Teddy kohl smudged on lower lashline and Goldmine on inner lower lashline. Fill in brows, black Plushlash, a shade of MAC’s Bronzing Powder that fits your skin tone on apples of cheeks, BNB on lips with Nymphette lipglass. It makes it this gorgeous nude pink color :[)

Thanks for this post. I have been wondering about a good gloss to pair this with, now I have lots of ideas. I tried it with Liberated Lipglass and I don’t think it looked good with my pale skin. I’m thinking Queen Bee from Naked Honey might look nice.

Sofia I have really pigmented lips and I always fill in my lips with lipliner. For this look I used gingeroot creamstick liner,brave new bronze lipstick, and lovenectar lusterglass. Summerfruit creamstick liner looks nice also; its a coral shade, really pretty.

I bought this thinking I would love it even as a satin with no gloss. However, on me, it is so boring, I have to wear Smile dazzleglass over it.
It’s a very MLBB for me, so I wear it with gloss to make it more oomph, too. But I like it either way.
i think I’d kill it with a smokey eye! electra, silver ring and carbon on eyes w/ a blush like springsheen or benefit’s coralista

i just layered Extra Amps Dazzleglass over Brave New Bronze, it brings out a bit more pink and makes it a little more glam with the glitter!

I did it with Nice Buzz plushglass : ) It looks to die for with the gold rebel or liberated lipglass from the Style Warriors collection though. Honestly, the color is so versatile. Here’s a look I created with it : )

i pair Love Nectar lustreglass with Brave New Bronze.. makes lips look so juicy! thanks to temptalia, i found my perfect pink nude l/s which is Brave new Bronze!
other than that, i line my eyes with a green-black eyeliner with shimmer, pair the lip combo with highlighter & a matte pink guava blush..

I did a very smokey eye with Carbon, and Black Tied. It came out fabulous.. later on that night I wore a necklace with quite a bit of turquoise (and turquise pumps with a black pencil skirt and bronze top) so I threw in some Jewel Blue just to make it pop and it worked

I use the liberated lipglass, on top of it, and because it’s a nude pink colour, i like to pair it with colours like vibrant grape and carbon and maybe even shadowy lady to create a smokey eye

Eyes:
I think a great combination would be Gold eyeshadow like Mac Retrospeck. Black liquid liner, smolder on the waterline, any thickening mascara!
Cheeks:
Honestly, i think Mac Eversun blush was made to go with this lipstick. I think they would really compliment each other.
Lips: I think BNB would work wonders with NARS Chihuahua lipgloss or any other mid tone nudey pink it just gives that sexy summer pout! Simple sizzling!!
