I LOVE fishnet! I pair it with UD Cherry eyeshadow and maybe a little bit of a deeper durple too (MAC Entremauve?). I’d wear this with a pale pink lip.

  2. Tonee

I love UD’s deluxe shadows! In fact, UD Zero and Shag are HG shades for me.

My dream combo would be: Fishnet all over the lid, Adore in the middle/crease and Ransom on the outer-v – but that is such a bold look, I haven’t even tried it out yet ;-)

I like Fishnet on the upper and lower outer corner, blended over Scene and Hepcat, lined with Blacktrack.

    Cheeks: Breath of Plum

    Lips: Captive, topped with Lovechild

  3. Tekoa

Fishnet over the lid and MAC Satin Taupe in the crease and outer corner. Then a bit of Carbon in the outermost corner. Line with Feline pencil.

    Cheeks: Plum Foolery.

    Lips: Plum Dandy

UD’s asphyxia is basically a lighter, bluer version of fishnet, so they would combine well for a tonal look.

I love this eyeshadow! And i love your site! I read it all the time! I create a sultury smokey eye with it. I also like to use it for eyeliner!

  6. I usually pair Fishnet with Ransom! Ransom may look dark blue in the pot, but it’s actually a true purple. (Also Fishnet can tend to come off as more of a bright pink with iridescent purple frost, rather than straight up purple.)

Also, I wore Fishnet on my outer lid and crease with Kitschmas on my lid, and got complements out the wazoo!! Seriously!

i love purle and turquiose together so i would probably pair it with aquasisiac in the inner corner of the lid, then newly minted and fishnet in the crease and outer corner, very colorfull but i love colorfull make ups :)

i would pair it with a bit of pinch me on the cheeks and with Florabundance on the lips

where do you actually get all the make up from if i may ask? i love how you combine everything,

i’ve never used urban decay e/s, what a beautiful purple though. but i’m a mac loyalist, what mac color is close to this color?

I actually used Fishnet today to re-create the sephora “brilliant sorceress” look.
I used it with violet pigment and electric eel. Fishnet was used for the inner corners, to blend E. eel to the violet pigment, and to soften the edges around the violet pigment. =)
It looked really good with the electric eel eyeshadow because fishnet kind of has a blue iridescence to it.

i have done many looks with fishnet. first, there’s the simple fishnet raccoon eye.

just fishnet all over the lid and lined underneath (that was my first and only deluxe shadow for a while there)

it also works great with Adore, adore on the outer v. i don’t know, but on me, fishnet refuses to be an accent color

i’ve also paired it with graffiti, graffiti on the outer v

works with honey too, only you look like a lakers fanatic.

recently, i paired it with ransom and adore.
i put ransom all over the lid using the transforming potion (wide sided brush, stopping at the crease) and applied fishnet in the crease and outer v. then i used the fine liner side and lined my inner corner and bottom lid (below the lash line) with Adore.

    i LOVE my transforming potion.

    any mixing medium will do.
(or you can make your own: 1 part glycerin to 3 parts water, shake shake shake and you have a LOT of mixing medium)

  11. I love this color! It usually takes a while for it to pack onto my eyelid (it comes with a lot of fall out) but the end results are always worth it.

I love pairing it with UD’s Peace for a very bright and in your face (haha) look. I start off with UDPP as a base and pack on Peace on the inner corner of my lid, then I place Fishnet all over the outer corner and I go a bit above my brow bone so that the look can be appreciated entirely. I make sure to blend where the colors meet, throw on some liquid liner and mascara, and there you go. A fabulous bright look.

I also do this with Fishnet and Graffiti. With this look, you can switch the order of the colors around.

For something really dramatic, I cover my entire lid with Fishnet, then I add MUFE Flash Color in Fuchsia 5 on top of that. I blend in another layer of Fishnet and the end result is a beautiful pearl finish to your eyes. I would also recommend using liquid liner since this is such a bold look. Finish with your favorite mascara to seal the deal.

I really don’t pair it with any sort of blush (I have a natural flush all on my own LOL) but I like to wear a MAC lipglass (or lustreglass) in Love Nectar or Pink Lemonade.

    • Do you think it’s similar to MAC’s Stars N Rockets? I don’t own Fishnet, but I do lust after it!

      Nice combos, Laura!

      • I’m not sure. I think so. But I do know that Pink Pearl Pigment from MAC is almost, if not entirely, identical (I just bought the pigment a few days ago..). If you want a light look, Fishnet would be the wise choice, but if you really like going for bold looks, the pigment might be best.

I, personally, love them both because I can never have enough purple,

        :)

        • Oh, really? I have Pink Pearl, and Stars N Rockets is close to that (which I also have). :) Guess I’ll have to hold off on Fishnet for now!
