Today, I used the solid half of Odd Couple all over the lid with the melange on the inner corner and Climate Blue in the crease. Climate blue becomes a deeper purple like this. So pretty.
Hi Trojanchick99,
I bet this looked wonderful! Great idea
That sounds really pretty =) What did you use for your cheeks and lips with it? I’d love to try this out.
all over lid – tea time
royal flush – middle third
sting (urban decay) – out third
climate blue – outer v/crease
garnet (bronzed fx) – cheeks
o l/s & li’ hot pepper l/g – lips
Hi Nepenthe,

Face- Urban Decay De- Slick Mattifying Powder
Oh, great! This sounds like a nice way to make Climate Blue more wearable!
(All MAC unless otherwise noted…)
Frostlite all over lid, crease, browbone
Warm Chill all over lid, crease

Urban Decay e/s Peace in crease
Climate Blue in outer crease, upper lashline (smudged), and outer 2/3 lower lashline (smudged)

Fascinating eye kohl in lower waterline

Electro l/s all over lips
Love Knot l/g all over lips
Hi JackA.,
Awesome look you’ve created
I think UD Peace would be a great way to revv it up.
Delft pp over lid and into crease
Parfait Amour in crease, Climate Blue in crease (leaving bits of parfait amour on edges)
Blanc Type all over to mute it down.
Not as inventive as everyone else, but it looked cool. Was just experimenting, and it was too dark. I likes the blank type with it. Very wearable.
Hi Calico,
Delft probably made it a bit dark, though. I find it doesn’t work as well as a base as I’d like personally. Have you had better luck with it?
i wish You Ladies would put some links of Your looks here,i would so much enjoy watching the finished looks
it would be even more inspiring
Chill (or whatever non matte, not super frost either white) all over lid, right up to brow. Concentrate more of the intensity on the lid.
Line the upper lid with Blacktrack, winging out at outer corners.
I use a long tapered paint brush (technically a #5 Round, short handled soft grip) to draw a line of Climate Blue just above my crease line, from the outer corner (not quite connected to the liner) to just past the mid line. Then I blend like crazy. It should be hazy, so it LOOKS like a shadow. Sometimes i’ll build it a bit darker if the venue i’m at has darker lighting.
Sometimes I add false lashes but always LOTS of black masacara. Usually an almost nude lip but be careful not too wash yourself out. Think Marilyn eyes.

its not a perfect example, i was just playing around but you’ll see how it emulates a shadow..
