Look Book – What would you pair MAC Light Flush MSF with?

Date: March 5, 2008 - Posted in: Look Book

If you were using MAC’s Light Flush Mineralize Skinfinish, what look would you create with it? What shadows would you use? What would you use on cheeks? Anything added to the lips?

Create a look using whatever you want, as long as you include Light Flush! Feel free to share links to photos of your look(s) using it in the comments.

I wore this the other day (All MAC)

Cheeks: Light Flush over Pink Swoon
Eyes: Amberlights with Malt in the outer corner and crease. Feline as an eyeliner and with mascara (naturally)
    Lips: Plink! lipstick

I think MSF blushes are pretty to look at and are good products, but I’m personally mildly puzzles why they’ve generated such a cult following. I like beauty powders more.

Ohh, very nice, Tekoa! I bet it looks fab over Pink Swoon!

Yeah, I’m not a fan of MSFs – they don’t really do anything for me, LOL.

I wear Light Flush almost everyday as I’m not a big fan of blush. My favorite look is from the “N” collection:
Soft Ochre paint pot on lids
    Nanogold from lashline to brow
    Modest Tone in crese
Remotely Grey on outer edge and crese
    Flash and Dash fluidline
    2N lipstick and gloss
Light Flush on cheecks, nose and chin….glowy!

I use Light Flush daily since I got it, both on cheeks and on eyelids. if you put it over Bare Study PP it looks mostly goldish, but if you put in on top of Fresco Rose PP you get exactly that salmon pink. it’s such a pretty natural-but-shimmery colour. on cheeks, I pair it with everything. today I paired it with True Romantic BPB, and it was gorgeous, since True Romantic has silvery shimmer in it, it looked great together with that light gold!

That’s great, Glamqueen! I love that you use it on your eyes, too – what a great way to multi-task with it!

Hey Vicki! Did you check out the other comments? They might help you. I’d definitely try layering it over a cream blush though!
