4 Summery Makeup Combinations Using MAC True Chartreuse Pigment
Pair it with browns as a way to wear chartreuse without it being overly bright. The brown helps to tone it down and makes it look very earthy.
Summery yellows work really well when coordinated with True Chartreuse. It helps bring out the yellow-tones in the color, making it more yellow than green.
Paired with teals and greens to go really colorful!
Make it pop with bright liner on your lower lash line. Use blues and greens and teals!
How do you like to wear True Chartreuse Pigment?

I don’t have True Charteuse but I have Bitter, which is fairly similar (perhaps a bit greener I think). I have on a similar look to the first picture today – my first day of wearing Bitter since I got it, actually! I used Greenstroke paint pot as a base, Bitter on lid, Tempting in crease, a little Embark in the outer v and a light cream-gold highlighter (Urban Decay Midnight Cowgirl) for the browbone. I really like it – quite defined and colourful but the brown tones it down a bit, as you say. When I was putting on Bitter, I thought it might look really good along with a nice teal or blue in the crease, blended out with other colours. Think I will have to try that!

Yep, Bitter is similar! :) It’s one of my favorite shades of green, haha. I just like the yellow-greens.
Glad you tried it!

I wear mine with the violet family pigments. I think it is Vis a violet. I place the chartreuse on the entire lower lid and then add my violet to the outer corners and crease. But I love your look #3 with the teals, I am going to try that next time.
