The formula is supposed to have the "shine of a gloss" with the "comfort of a balm" and a "touch of juicy translucent color." It has a smooth, non-sticky texture that has more of a cream-gel like feel, as there was a more substantial, slightly thicker consistency but it wasn't heavy to wear.

The coverage was mostly sheer with most shades applying evenly and smoothly without settling noticeably into lip lines. They lasted between two and three hours and were hydrating over time. It had a creamy, sweet and lightly fruity scent--almost reminded me of salt water taffy in some sort of fruit flavor.
