Makeup Revolution Liquid Luminous Luna Liquid Highlighter ($9.00 for 0.60 oz.) is a light white with subtle, warm undertones and a luminous finish. It lightened and brightened the area I applied it, so it might not work as well for all skin tones, but anyone who finds most highlighters too dark for them will likely find this one worth looking into. It had semi-sheer, buildable pigmentation that applied evenly and smoothly over my skin, and it did well patted over liquid foundation and did not lift up my base products either. The texture was lightweight, thin with some slip but not enough to feel or look greasy on my skin. It wore well for nine hours on me before fading noticeably.

It's supposed to be a "buildable" liquid highlighter that is available in seven shades. They have a thin consistency that has a little more slip to it than water (almost an oiliness without being a true oil), which helped it spread more evenly on the skin without lifting base products or sheering out too readily. I had no trouble mixing the formula into liquid foundations, primers, or moisturizers or patting onto bare skin (or made-up skin) as a standalone highlighter. The effect of the highlighter was subtle to moderate, depending on application, amount applied, and whether it was layered. Most shades were buildable from semi-sheer to semi-opaque, though I noticed that they looked lighter and more similar applied than they did in the bottles. (Example: Liquid Lustre Gold appears as a darker copper when swatched but looked like a light pink on my cheeks.)

Makeup Revolution Liquid Euphoric Gold Liquid Highlighter ($9.00 for 0.60 oz.) is a light gold with warm, yellow undertones and a luminous sheen. The consistency was thin but not watery and had some slip, almost like an oil-based product, but it didn’t feel overly slippery or greasy on my skin and d. The liquid highlighter was buildable from sheer to mostly opaque coverage, and the color and pearl spread evenly over my cheek bones without lifting up base product. It wore well for nine hours on me before fading slightly.

Makeup Revolution Liquid Ethereal Liquid Highlighter ($9.00 for 0.60 oz.) is a soft pink with subtle, warm undertones and a luminous sheen. It seemed almost metallic when worn heavily, but from sheer to semi-opaque coverage levels, it was luminous and glowing without appearing overtly shimmery. The consistency was lightweight, fluid, and thin but not too watery, so it spread evenly across my cheekbones but did not lose its sheen or pigmentation (except as I wanted it to!). It was easy to work with on top of liquid foundation, bare skin, or mixed in with foundation or moisturizer. It wore well on my cheekbones (as a standalone product) for nine hours.

Makeup Revolution Liquid Bronze Gold Liquid Highlighter ($9.00 for 0.60 oz.) is a light, golden copper with warm undertones and a metallic finish. It had a strong sheen on the skin, which did emphasize my skin’s natural texture slightly at medium or greater coverage. The highlighter had a lightweight, almost water-like texture that spread well over bare skin and diffused easily along the edges for a seamless blend. It had buildable pigmentation from sheer to semi-opaque, and the intensity grew from moderate to metallic. The highlighter lasted well on my cheekbones for eight and a half hours.

Makeup Revolution Liquid Champagne Liquid Highlighter ($9.00 for 0.60 oz.) is a light-medium gold with warm undertones and a metallic finish. It had a soft, yellow base that made it appear lighter than Liquid Luminous Gold on the skin. The finish had noticeably shiny and shimmery but was more buildable in its intensity overall. The coverage was only buildable from sheer to medium coverage on me. It had a lightweight consistency that spread easily across my skin (whether bare or with foundation) and diffused without issue along the edges. The texture felt lightly emollient and more watery as it was rather thin overall. The highlighter stayed on well for eight and a half hours on me before fading noticeably.

It had an incredibly smooth, shiny, and luminous finish on the skin that was between moderate and blinding, depending on application, layering, and the like. The liquid highlighter was buildable from sheer to semi-opaque that was easy to spread and blend out on my skin, whether it was bare or had foundation on it. It had a lightweight consistency that wasn’t too watery nor was it heavy enough to be gel-like. This shade wore well for nine hours on me.
