FORMULA OVERVIEW | Tom Ford Lips & Boys Lip Colors ($35.00 for 0.07 oz.) is supposed to be hydrating, pigmented, and have a more luminous finish (there is also a specifically Matte formula available that is much flatter in finish). In general, the formula is semi-opaque to opaque with a lightly creamy consistency that doesn’t slide around a lot but doesn’t cling to the lips. I get anywhere from three to six hours of wear out of them, and most shades are lightly hydrating over time. The formula is vanilla-scented with no discernible taste.
