It had semi-opaque color payoff with a more emollient texture that was thinner and less cream-like compared to other shades in the formula. I wish it had applied more evenly, and it also had a tendency to slip into lip lines over time. This shade lasted for four hours on me. FORMULA OVERVIEW | Tom Ford Lip Color ($35.00 for 0.07 oz.) is supposed to be hydrating, pigmented, and have a more luminous finish (there is also a specifically Matte formula available that is much flatter in finish). In general, the formula is semi-opaque to opaque with a lightly creamy consistency that doesn’t slide around a lot but doesn’t cling to the lips. I get anywhere from three to six hours of wear out of them, and most shades are lightly hydrating over time. The formula is vanilla-scented with no discernible taste.
