Applied dry, it was semi-sheer, and then applied damp, it was mostly opaque. The texture was soft, smooth, and lightly powdery when used dry. It wore for five hours dry, six and a half hours damp. It was very powdery, and I had the same, semi-sheer coverage whether applied dry or damp. The only difference that I could find was that damp application caused it to apply even more unevenly and look patchy on the lid. It applied more smoothly when used damp and didn’t emphasize the texture of the lid that way. It lasted for five hours dry, five hours damp.

Applied damp, it was nicely pigmented with a stronger sheen that lasted for eight hours on me. The texture is a little dusty to work with, so I preferred using it damp for easiest application.
