As 2017 comes to a close, it’s time to reflect back on the products I’ve reviewed during the past year and share with you my personal favorites. It wasn’t a particularly outstanding year for traditional lipsticks under $15–at least from what I reviewed–and I noted that over the year, a lot of my “under $15” testing for lip colors went to liquid lipsticks (which I’ll have a list for later!).
