The eyeshadow formula is supposed to have “intense color” that is “long-wearing and crease-proof” — to the tune of “12-hour hold.” This formula runs dusty/powdery, so there’s a dryness that just don’t work well on bare skin as the eyeshadows tended to sheer out and fade quickly.

It is more like a loose glitter/sparkle than an eyeshadow, as none of it sticks well to skin–I had a ton of fall out within a couple of hours of wearing this–and it’s better patted over a tacky base or glitter adhesive, though it was impossible to make opaque for me.
