It had great color payoff both dry and damp, and it applied easily without sheering out on the eye. The color wore well for seven and a half hours before creasing. It was semi-opaque applied dry, but it was prone to sheering out due to the slightly powdery texture. When I tried it with a dampened brush, the pigmentation was opaque, and the product itself was a lot easier to work with as it applied as a thicker, denser layer. It wore well for eight hours.
