The majority of the shades I’ve tested in this formula have semi-opaque to opaque coverage, last three to six hours, are hydrating, and feel comfortable to wear. Some shades will leave visible “lines” if you press your lips together, but it varies from shade to shade. All five shades are from the Future MAC Collection, which launches online on March 31st. Touch the Earth is a repromote.

MAC Cybernaut Mineralize Rich Lipstick ($23.00 for 0.12 oz.) is described as a “neutral pink.” It’s a light-medium pink with neutral-to-warm undertones and a soft shine. It had mostly opaque coverage with a lightweight, lightly emollient texture that applied without tugging. The texture of this one had just enough slip and density that it seemed to gather and sit in lip lines. I would recommend a lip primer, filler, or liner with this one to minimize that effect.
