It’s a richly pigmented lipstick with a lightly creamy consistency that glided on without tugging but didn’t feel clingy on either. It’s a shade that didn’t seem to apply as crisply as other shades directly from the tube, so you may want to use a lip brush or a lip liner to get cleaner edges. What I liked was how it applied evenly and didn’t look streaky, as some deeper shades can, and the color wore well for six hours strong without being drying (not hydrating, to be clear).
