This is one of two limited edition powders being released for fall (I don’t have the other one, but I’ll certainly try to buy one when they officially release). The formula is supposed to be a “powder blush” that has “sumptuous color” that goes on “evenly.” It comes in purple-hued compact to match the Velvet Orchid fragrance family. While the packaging for the solid perfumes is extremely heavy and substantial, the compact for the blush is very lightweight and has that feeling of cheapness to me. The texture was soft, fairly smooth, and blendable on the skin; it doesn’t feel as dense or as buttery as the brand’s blushes or as blendable as the formula of the Illuminating Duo, and it is most like the bronzer formula.. It had medium, buildable coverage and produced a glowing finish once blended out on my skin, but if you don’t like seeing bits of shimmer or sparkle, you might not be in love with this. On me, the blush wore well for nine hours before fading slightly.
