The formula is supposed to be pigmented, long-wearing, and blendable (for more on how it compares to the previous formula, check out this post). The blush was incredibly rich in pigment, and it was easy to get full coverage with very little product–which means it can be easy to overdo it if you aren’t used to working with such rich and deep shades. The consistency was a little firmer, though soft, and for as rich as the shade was, it would have been more preferable if it was easier to blend out. When I worked with it, the blush applied unevenly, and it was a challenge to diffuse and move the powder enough to even out. I would recommend applying a layer of translucent powder over the skin (or base/foundation) before applying the blush, which helps with blending. On me, it wore well for eight and a half hours.
