It had sheer coverage, but it did noticeably lighten my lips. Unfortunately, the lighter color paired with the emollient, Lustre formula made sure the color settled into lip lines. The color lasted an hour and a half on me, and after wearing it twice in a row, it was lightly drying. This would be better as a layering shade, though the shimmer is fine so it may get lost in any thicker lipstick underneath it.
