The formula is supposed to have an "ultra-dazzling finish" with "multi-dimensional reflects." It's designed to be applied "using your finger for maximum intensity" and "softer coverage" can be achieved by using a brush. Some shades are softer and more cream-like than others, as there were a few that were drier and stiffer, which made them harder to apply with anything other than a fingertip. The product is definitely most pigmented and typically opaque when applied with fingertips, and I think if that's not something you're keen on, I'd skip the formula and look for a more traditional powder product in a similar hue or try patting on something more glittery over an existing shade you own.

There was slight to moderate fallout, depending on the shade, during application, and this was intensified whenever I used a brush. I didn't experience tons of fallout during wear, though. They tended to wear around eight hours before fading or creasing.
