The formula is described as a “luxurious powder blush” with “silky smooth application” that yields a “radiant glow” and a “delicate flush of color.” The latter seems to suggest a sheerer formulation. This shade had a stiffer texture that was harder to get color payoff out of, so even though sheer coverage is intended, it was hard to just get that onto a brush–I really had to jab at the surface to get enough product for even that. It could also blend better, as it takes some extra time and maneuvering to really diffuse the edges. I wish the texture was nicer, because the finish is more of a natural matte–not dry or flat but not shimmery. This shade wore well for seven hours on me.
