The Amazonian Clay Blush formula is supposed to have 12-hour wear along with a “supremely soft” texture. The powder had a slightly firm, but smooth, consistency that didn’t kick up too much excess product when I worked with it, while it still blended out with ease and didn’t turn patchy or look uneven when applied. I would have liked to have seen better color payoff, as it was semi-sheer and buildable up to semi-opaque coverage. (A side note: given that all three of the new blush shades are sheerer, a genuinely deep shade would have been great to include for better coverage of the skin tone spectrum.) I think this is workable on skin tones up to medium-dark, as it was quite noticeable on my light-medium to medium skin tone. The finish was very smooth without being completely flat, though not enough to make it appear satiny blended out. This shade wore well for eight and a half hours on me, which is good, but as is typical with my experience with Tarte, not the 12-hours promised!
