The incredibly silky, smooth consistency of Surratt’s blushes never ceases to amaze me, because despite all that softness, they’re never powdery. I’d love to see the brand add a few more unique shades to the line-up, though the core selection has some nice offerings, they’re just easily found elsewhere (or you already have them in your stash). Ponceau has that same, impressive texture along with good color coverage that can be built up or easily sheered out if you find you’ve applied too much. The finish is lightly luminous without being shimmery or shiny, and it doesn’t emphasize pores. It wears just over eight hours on me before fading softly.
