Reviews should be up soon as I work my way through testing the twelve shades. NARS describes the new formula a wet/dry formula that is sheer applied dry, opaque applied with a dampened brush. They’ve debuted a new brush as well, the Wet/Dry Eyeshadow Brush #49. For reference, the left swatch is dry, the right is damp.
