Nude (140CP)

Nude (140CP) is a medium-dark peach with warm, rosy undertones and a sparkling, metallic finish. The consistency was soft but more loosely pressed, so it did sheer out a bit when applied dry and had slight fallout during application, though it was described as sheer (it was more semi-opaque than sheer from my experience). It applied best with a flat, synthetic brush or else a dampened brush (I did not feel like I needed glitter adhesive, though). On me, the eyeshadow lasted for eight hours with slight fallout (dry).

Red Bronze (141K)

Red Bronze (141K) is a deep red with cooler undertones and warmer, gold glitter. It had a very dense, firm texture–this one felt more cream-like than powder–that was a pain to diffuse and blend out, regardless of brush type or whether the brush was dry or damp. I did not like fingertips for application either as the majority of product stuck to my fingertip and did not transfer to the lid. I had to really jab and push the product from the pan onto the lid and build it up. The eyeshadow wore well for nine hours and left a slight stain behind with minor fallout (impressive, given the size of the glitter).

Ice Blue (143CP) is a muted, medium blue with subtle, cool undertones and a sparkling, metallic finish. The color payoff was nearly opaque with a a moderately dense, firmer texture that felt almost wet-like to the touch. It blended out fairly evenly, though it looked a bit faded when I tried applying it with a (dry) brush. For maximum impact, one will want to use fingertips and/or a dampened brush. This shade lasted for eight hours with slight fallout.

Peach Bronze (144CP) is a medium, coral-orange with warm, red undertones and a gold, sparkling finish. It was supposed to be “sheer,” and it absolutely was–sheer coverage dry, and as I was quite surprised, I also swatched it damp to see if that improved the coverage, and it did (semi-opaque). The consistency was soft, glittery, and prone to sheering out so there was some fallout during application. This shade could use a glitter adhesive or be applied with a dampened brush for the best results. It wore well for seven and a half hours with moderate fallout.
