On the eye, it mostly looks like an olive green over a warmer, murky brown. The texture was soft, blendable, and easy to apply to bare lids, and the color wore for seven hours dry, eight hours damp before fading. Applied dry, it was mostly opaque, just looked lighter and less intense, and then applied damp, it was slightly darker and had a stronger sheen. Some shades are very sheer, while a few were quite pigmented dry. If you aren’t someone who likes to use their eyeshadows wet, then I would say to look elsewhere, but if you like the idea of two types of finishes and color coverage, you may like these. The texture is generally soft, blendable, and smooth, and the wear is average (seven to eight hours).
