Melt Cosmetics Burnish Gel Liner ($19.00 for 0.088 oz.) is a rich burgundy with subtle, warm red undertones and a semi-matte finish. It had opaque color coverage in a single stroke. It really was quite fluid and like a creamy-gel that enabled the product to spread out evenly over a larger area, so it also yielded opaque coverage as a cream eyeshadow.

There was enough time before the product set into place to maneuver it around or soften the edges, though I’d recommend working one eye at a time for the most breathing room. It was still going strong after 10 hours of wear!
