MAC’s Mineralize Blush formula is supposed to be a “blush that builds lightly” that has a lightweight feel and “luminous colour.” Lovejoy had good, mostly opaque color payoff, which makes it more pigmented than the formula is described, but for those who wanted the sheerer blush as promised, it is more forgiving and can be blended out quite a bit (you can also use a lighter hand, of course). The texture was soft, smooth, and silky with a lightweight, thin consistency that blends easily and sits well on the skin. It had a noticeable sheen, but it didn’t emphasize pores. On me, this shade lasted for seven and a half hours before fading.
