The Liquidlast Liner formula is supposed to have “long-lasting wear with a non-smudge, non-flake” formula. It was richly pigmented with a thin consistency that spread easily but sometimes looked a little streaky, so I preferred using it with two layers to ensure smooth, even color. The brush is thin and fine, so it can be used for more precise lines as well as for building-up to thicker lines. The Liquidlast formula is very, very long-wearing–it basically doesn’t budge until it’s time to remove it. I had it on for over twelve hours, and it didn’t budge, fade, or flake.
