• Weekend plans: It’s Restaurant Week here, so we’re going out to a nicer restaurant for dinner. I need to organize my desk–I have over half a dozen earrings that need to be put away–and the front hall (which has become the “mail room”).
• What’s one thing that always cheers you up?: Mellan and a hug from my hubby!

Mellan's latest (fourth) blood test results are back! His values continue to be in normal range, and his Dr. has us tapering down the copper medication to once daily (from twice daily). His ALT value was 553 at its peak, 64 after a month of treatment, then 40 after three months, and is now 35 after five months of treatment! We are beyond thankful that our boy continues to respond so well to his treatment
