• Weekend plans: Maybe get up really early and check out the Desert Botanical Gardens (I have been twice now), but I think we’ll play it by ear — if we happen to get up that early!
• What was the last thing you cooked?: We’ve been trying Plated, and one of the recipes a few weeks ago was fresh spaghetti with burrata (here’s their recipe), which we really liked, so we recreated that one ourselves again.
