The formula is supposed to have an “ultra-silky” texture that gives a “healthy-looking glow” and a “rush of fresh, radiant color.” The press release is more specific and says it’s supposed to have “buildable dewy color that lasts all day.” According to the brand, the blush formula is a reformulation, but I don’t have any shades in the previous formula to compare to (and it’s been awhile since I last tried one, so all I can say is that they feel, in general, a little smoother). It had semi-sheer to mostly opaque, buildable coverage that was easy to work with and blend out. The texture was smooth, neither too firm nor too soft, and it sat well on the skin as it became slightly dewy as it buffed and worked into the skin. The color started to fade after eight hours of wear.
