It’s richly pigmented, as described, though the finish has a tiny bit more shine initially than a “modern matte” typically has, but that little bit of shine is worn away within an hour and a half of wear. The consistency is moderately creamy so it glides on well while still applying evenly. The color itself stays on well for four and a half hours and is lightly hydrating. It was comfortable to wear, and it was easy to apply as the texture was creamy without being heavy. The muted quality to the color is what makes it different from some other corals, which have a brightness to them. It has a very subtle citrus-y scent.
