When are you willing to return a product? Do you return only when it’s defective? Will you return a poor quality product? Or are you willing to return a good-quality product that’s the wrong color for you?

I usually only return when it’s a really poor quality product, because brands don’t know if it’s bad if you don’t return it – at least that’s my general thinking! If it’s the wrong color/not what I ordered, I would likely return as well.
