What’s the worst packaging you’ve come across? What was so bad about it?

Of all the packaging that sticks out in my mind, Benefit’s Stay Don’t Stray is the one I’ll never forget. It was just the wrong choice for the product type. It just pumped out far too much product, probably 10 to 20 times too much!
