I feel less overwhelmed by what I have if everything is well-organized and put away – when it is all over the place or things are spilling out of a container, it seems chaotic. I also think it’s good to regularly go through and get rid of products you never use (we all have them!) – this is great to do when you feel like you have too much, because the reality is you aren’t getting rid of something you desperately love yet you’re tightening your stash up.
