I personally prefer cream eyeshadows that will set on their own – I don’t mind one that is better used as a base, but in a perfect world, it would set on its own and last all day long without creasing or fading. It would be blendable without drying down too quickly (or staying wet for too long). Medium color opacity would be lovely with buildable color to full color opaqueness.
