I've found that Sephora is fairly reliable for shipping and packaging thoroughly, though one warehouse they ship out of has poor packaging materials (crumpled up wads of thick paper but nowhere near enough to keep things safe). In terms of a website, Sephora remains more navigable than most retailers.
