Wet ‘n’ Wild Teal or No Teal Fast Dry Nail Lacquer

Wet ‘n’ Wild Teal or No Teal Fast Dry Nail Lacquer ($1.99 for 0.46 fl. oz.) is a silver shimmered blue-teal. The formula was on the thinner side and seemed a touch watery, which was emphasized after three coats and still having some visible nail line. It is similar to Orly Bailamos, which is a touch tealer and more opaque. Butter London Artful Dodger is also similar in color, but it is bluer and doesn’t have any shimmer.

It’s supposed to dry in sixty seconds, but I find each coat takes about two to three minutes to dry down–which is significantly longer (two to three times) what Wet ‘n’ Wild claimed. For the average polish, the drying time is not a concern, but it is an issue when it is part of the product’s claims. The actual wear was good, though; I had no problem getting a week of wear (with minor tip wear) with proper base and top coats (I used Zoya’s).
