Urban Decay’s describes their powder blush formula as having “buildable color” with a “blendable, finely milled” texture that will wear for “eight long hours.” It had semi-sheer coverage that was buidlable to medium coverage, but it was one of the less buildable blushes I’ve come across in the Afterglow range. The texture seemed a little thinner and dustier than past shades as well, so to me it isn’t the best of the Afterglow formula (which is usually quite lovely!). It blended out well, at least, and it did still wear the full eight hours as promised.
