The Amazonian Clay Blush formula is supposed to have 12-hour wear along with a “supremely soft” texture. It had semi-sheer, buildable coverage (up to semi-opaque, I would say, after two to three layers) that blended out easily on the skin. The finish was mostly matte, but it didn’t look dry or chalky on me. The powder had a firmer feel to it, so there wasn’t a lot of excess powder kicked up, but the color didn’t seem difficult to pick up even with very soft brushes. On me, the color wore well for eight and a half hours, which is good wear compared to most powder blush formulas I’ve tried, but it is short of the 12-hours claimed. I think this blush is more suitable for someone looking for sheerer coverage and isn’t concerned about all-day wear–otherwise, it’s a miss.
