The formula is supposed to be "lightweight, buildable" and set "without creasing, fallout, or fading for comfortable" wear. The coverage was more semi-opaque to opaque for many shades, so for those wanting a sheerer effect or to really build up the layers, I'd recommend deliberately using less than you expect to need as these felt more pigmented than sheer from using them.

The texture was lightweight, emollient, and creamy--more mousse-like--and they had 10-15 seconds of working time that enabled me to apply, blend, and place without having to work at a breakneck pace. Once the formula dried down, it was quite set and would flake off if one tried to keep working with it. Left alone, then they lasted for 9-10 hours without fading, flaking, or creasing on me.
