NARS Jo Multiple Tint ($39.00 for 0.23 oz.) is a light-medium pink-coral with a natural sheen. It had sheer pigmentation, which was buildable to semi-sheer (two to three layers), but it wasn’t a product that could be layered too much or else it started to feel almost tacky and too slick on the skin. It was easiest to use on bare skin, where it had the most noticeable tint to me, but it was blendable over liquid/cream base products. It wasn’t as foolproof to use over powder.

The new, limited edition formula is supposed to be a “sheer, tinted format” with “natural-looking color” for “lips and cheeks.” Worth noting that while the physical size didn’t seem different, the tube contains about half as much as the regular Multiple formula (0.23 oz. compared to 0.50 oz.). I think this would be more suitable for someone with a lighter skin tone, as it got lost on mine as I blended it out. The consistency was smooth, blendable, and had moderate slip, and it did not dry down, so it always looked slightly wet on the skin. This made for a more comfortable lip product, and it looked like a tinted balm on my lips (not too much shine) and was non-drying. It wore well for six hours as a blush and three hours as a lip product.
